Return Process

  Log into your HolloMen account or visit our Returns Portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
